Return Policy

Many of our collections are released in limited quantities. Because of this, we encourage customers to carefully review our size charts before placing an order.

Returns

At The House of K, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or we shipped the wrong product.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at houseofkshop@gmail.com and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

Need a different size?

If the requested size is available, we're happy to exchange it. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Because many of our collections are limited, we cannot guarantee availability.

Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Limited edition or limited drop collections
  • Accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

European Union Orders

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days as required by applicable law. Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.
